Refund Policy

Anyone can run a free AI visibility check on their business before creating an account. No card, no signup. We built it this way on purpose: you should see what the service finds for your business before you pay for it.

You choose a plan and a billing period at checkout — monthly, or yearly for the price of ten months. Either way you are billed in advance: a monthly plan is charged at the start of each month, and a yearly plan is charged once for the full year. Your plan, its price, and the amount you are about to be charged are shown before you confirm. Billing is handled securely by Stripe.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal. There are no cancellation fees, no long-term contracts, and no phone call. When you cancel, you keep access to your paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again after that.

Payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. This applies to both monthly and yearly plans: canceling stops all future charges, but does not refund a period you have already paid for. On a yearly plan, that period is the full year, so please choose the yearly option only if you are confident it suits you — start monthly if you are not.

• Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
• Canceling partway through a period does not refund the remainder of that period, unless required by law.
• If you were charged in error, charged twice, or charged after canceling, contact us — that is a mistake on our side and we will make it right.

If something looks wrong on your bill, email us at hi@seenvia.com with your account email and the charge in question. We aim to respond within a few business days.
