Terms of Service
Last updated: August 7, 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Seenvia (“Seenvia,” “we,” “us”). They cover your use of our website, dashboard, and services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Who can use the Service
The Service is for businesses operating in the United States. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you sign up. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, so keep your login details safe.
3. What the Service does
Seenvia helps local service businesses understand and improve how they appear in AI search tools. We currently monitor ChatGPT, Google’s Gemini, and Perplexity on paid plans; the free check uses Perplexity only. Coverage may change as AI platforms come and go, and we will not claim a platform we do not actually check. We also help automate the controllable inputs that influence visibility — for example, keeping your business information consistent, suggesting structured data, and drafting content for you to publish.
4. No guarantee of AI ranking or results
We are honest about what we can and cannot promise. We do not and cannot guarantee that any AI assistant will mention, recommend, or rank your business, in any position or at all. AI systems are controlled by third parties and change constantly. We help improve the inputs that tend to drive visibility; we do not control the outputs of any AI platform.
5. What we will not do on your behalf
Some tactics are off the table for ethical and legal reasons. We will never, even if asked:
- Write or post fake or incentivized reviews of any kind.
- Impersonate you or your customers on third-party platforms (Reddit, Quora, forums, review sites). We draft content; you post it under your own name.
- Manipulate Wikipedia, knowledge panels, or any platform’s editorial integrity.
- Make guarantees about AI ranking outcomes to you or anyone else.
6. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate, current information about your business. Much of what the Service does depends on this being correct.
- Review and publish drafted content under your own name. You are responsible for what you choose to publish.
- Do not submit Protected Health Information (PHI) or other sensitive personal data. The Service is not a HIPAA-compliant system.
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and your own business.
7. Fees, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance, either monthly or yearly, for the billing period you choose at checkout. Yearly plans are charged once for the full year. Plan tiers and features are described at checkout. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal. For full details on charges, cancellations, and refunds, see our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software and design, belongs to Seenvia. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while your account is active. Content we draft specifically for your business is yours to use once delivered; the underlying tools and templates remain ours. You keep ownership of the business information and content you provide.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular business result.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seenvia will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Seenvia harmless from claims arising out of the business information you provide, the content you choose to publish, or your misuse of the Service.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates legal or security risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as fees owed, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and both of us consent to their jurisdiction — unless applicable law requires otherwise.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
15. General
- Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us about the Service.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your account without our consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
